Classic Style and Tone

The Chapel Studios is delighted to have acquired a fantastic selection of Fender guitars, basses and pedals. This classic brand delivers a versatile range of fantastic tones.

Fender American Standard Stratocaster

What more needs to be said about the Fender Stratocaster – when most people think of the electric guitar, they think of the Strat. With its double-cutaway body and sleek contours, Fender’s Stratocaster is recognised as the archetypal electric guitar and not without reason. The Strat’s three single-coil pickups sound fantastic and offer a range of versatile tone, from wailing blues and rock lead to funky rhythm, crunchy power chords and everywhere in between. Its all-round character means the Fender Stratocaster can find a role in any song.

Fender American Standard Telecaster

The original solid-body electric guitar, the Fender Telecaster has been in continuous production since 1950. Its twin pickups produce a wide range of instantly familiar tones, from bright and cutting to mellow and warm. The Tele is at home in any genre of music, whether it is rock, country, blues or jazz.

Fender American Standard Jazz Bass

First released in 1960, the Fender Jazz Bass has integrated itself strongly into the culture of popular music. Its bright, rich and forward midrange and treble has allowed bass guitar to cut through mixes ever since and has been fundamental in the development of genre sounds as diverse as funk and heavy metal.

Fender Kingman Acoustic Bass

The deeply resonant Kingman bass boasts warm earthy tones housed in a dreadnought acoustic style body. Its deep sound belies its light, elegant construction, as well as its thin, highly playable neck. The Kingman also has a Fishman® Presys™ pickup system with active onboard preamp and tuner for loud and clear amplified sound.

Fender Amplifiers & Effects

Fender Super Sonic 60-Watt Head

The Fender Super Sonic 112 amp and 212 Enclosure cabinet are a mainstay at Chapel Studios. Fender's first all-tube amp, the Super Sonic capturesthe highly desirable tones of the '65 Vibrolux, the thick tone of the '66 Bassman and the smooth creamy crunch of modern high-gain amplifiers. So whether you're looking for that industry-standard Fender clean tone, the vintage blusey 'pushed' tones or modern high-gain tones, they can all be found within the Fender Supper Sonic 112 amp. Combined with Chapels high standard facilities, the Super Sonic can get you the guitar tone and texture to raise your work above the rest.

Fender Distortion Pedal

With this pedal, you can dial in a natural sounding crunch or a full blow rock distortion. The tone knob EQ offers a dark fuzz to an ear-splitting fizz!

Fender Chorus Pedal

This chorus box offers a mono or stereo out for some spacious width. It has a wide speed and depth range, giving everything from subtle doubling to very obvious sweep effects and rotary speaker-style fast warbles.

Fender Delay Pedal

Like the chorus pedal, this delay unit offers a mono or stereo output. With delay times up to 300ms, one can achieve 50s-esque slapback to obvious, lingering repeats, which have a pleasantly warm tone.

FVP-1 Volume Pedal

This sturdy pedal offers gentle to sudden volume swells without compromising the guitars tone.
